Services – Villa Wolmar

Arrival

The villa’s manager will welcome you upon your arrival and provide you with all the information you’ll need for your stay. So you have time to get your bearings and organise your meals, we offer our guests a complimentary arrival cocktail and their first meal in the villa, as well as a basket of fresh fruit.

Housekeeping

A cleaning service is included in the rental price. Our cleaning lady is available for four hours a day except Sundays and public holidays. She handles general cleaning, laundry, dishwashing and meal preparation. Her timetable is flexible as long as she starts no later than 11am. We would be grateful if you could give her reasonable notice so she can organise her schedule accordingly.

A gardener visits the property twice a week and a specialist team maintains the pool twice a week.

Meals

Discovering Mauritius also means discovering its cuisine: a fusion of various culinary traditions merging Asian, European and Creole influences and flavours. Upon request, our experienced cook, who has been trained by Mauritian chefs, will prepare delicious local dishes such curry or rougaille. Ask her to prepare local seafood for you to grill on the barbecue and savour the real taste of Mauritius!

Concierge Service

The villa’s manager is at your service to ensure that you enjoy your stay. She manages the cooking, cleaning and maintenance staff (upkeep of the swimming pool and garden) and is on hand at all times to answer any questions relating to your stay. Do not hesitate to ask for advice, whether in relation to transfers between the airport and the villa or to excursions and outings. The village of Flic-en-Flac offers bars and restaurants to suit every taste, and the villa manager would be delighted to provide recommendations based on your preferences.
