The villa
A sandy path leads to the villa, built on the edge of the 600-hectare Domaine de Wolmar, an estate that has been in the owner’s family since 1947. The estate itself is located on the west coast of Mauritius, at the far end of Flic-en-Flac village.
The 205sqm villa is laid out around an interior courtyard and private pool that are entirely hidden from public view. With its modern yet elegant design, large veranda and two out of three bedrooms that open onto the garden, it never fails to charm its visitors.
Living space
As soon as you step through the door, the villa’s cosy living room/television area and fully equipped open-plan kitchen are an invitation to relax with friends and family. The pool & garden
The villa is set on a 750m2 plot of land enclosed by a wall of cut stones sourced from old buildings in Port Louis and offering guests complete privacy. The lush, beautifully maintained garden is the perfect place to sunbathe or to enjoy a peaceful breakfast.
In the evening, the garden’s soft lighting creates a romantic backdrop for an alfresco dinner.
The villa’s focal point is the 8m long pool, perfect for a refreshing dip during the hottest hours of the day.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
La villa peut accueillir jusqu’à 6 personnes, avec ses 3 chambres, climatisées et équipées de ventilateurs au plafond, ayant chacune sa salle de bain attenante. Des lits parapluie sont également à votre disposition pour les bébés.
Bedroom 1
The large and modern master bedroom opens directly onto the pool and garden. It offers complete comfort, with a king size bed, ample storage and large en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, double sink and separate toilet.
Bedroom 2
Located on the other side of the villa and overlooking the garden, this room is equipped with a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
Bedroom 3
This bedroom has two single beds which can either be pushed together to accommodate a couple or separated for children. It also has an adjoining bathroom.
